19th Century Korean Trunk

A great example of a 19th Century Korean iron-mounted Bandaji Chest. Historically used for the storage of clothing, bedding and valuables this solidly constructed trunk has a wonderful patina and is today, very useable. These make great TV stands as the trunk is accessible from the front via a drop down panel, as opposed to having to open the top! A beautiful looking piece which would sit comfortably in any interior.
