19th Century Industrial Table

A late 1800’s cast-iron based industrial table which we believe was used to punch holes in leather or perhaps sheet steel. Heavily engineered, its wooden top has a surface mounted bronze plate through which a pointed needle extends by pushing downward on the handle. A wonderful alternative to a lamp or side table!
